Nataliya warmly recalls the days when she started to work with the Institute : “I remember those sunny days in July 2007 when I, a fresh graduate of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, for the first time set foot on INGO “International HIV/AIDS and TB Institute”. It was my first real job and I am incredibly grateful that I started my professional carrier with this organization. I was inexperienced in the Public Health field, but great team inspiration and Eliot’s mentoring allowed me to develop myself and gain positive results for projects implementations. I still remember my challenges and mistakes, my bold endeavors and first success. All these have shaped my personality and professional life and have prepared me for next milestones in this crazy world.”
