Luda Ruddock

Luda (Dmytriieva) Ruddock, MA, MPH has over 12 years of international experience in public health, education and capacity building at charities and not-for profit organisations.

Back in 2003 while finishing her MA degree she started working at IHATI as an Interpreter and quickly progressed to the Project Assistant role, then Project Coordinator, Trainer/ Facilitator and Acting Executive Director before leaving to pursue her MPH degree in the United States as a Muskie Fellow. While her experience spans over a dozen organisations in Ukraine, the United States, Kenya, Indonesia and the United Kingdom, IHATI will always be the first NGO she worked at and the one that determined her career development.

Luda is currently working at two organisations in Coventry, UK developing mental health support services for asylum seekers and refugees with complex trauma (Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre) and coordinating an adult learning and social integration project for migrant communities (Workers’ Educational Association). She is also a Management Committee Member and Vice Chair at the Foleshill Women’s Training – a local organisation supporting women through social, health and economic programmes.

Luda is committed to promoting a lasting change, reducing inequalities, ensuring better opportunities for the disadvantaged communities and quality living for all.
