Tetyana Bila has over ten years of experience in NGO development and project management in the field of HIV/AIDS prevention.
For four years, she coordinated the activities of the project "Media Center" (production of video and radio programs and comics for young people on various social issues). At the results of this activity, she and her colleague won an international award Peabody "Peabody Award" (2007). In 2005, Tatiana has participated in the world programme "Open world" for the prevention of HIV infection (Washington, USA). She has experience in the field of HIV/AIDS among military personnel, and is responsible for the coordination of preventive and social projects of the Institute for military APU.
